Shandong Paper Industry Research and Design Institute, founded in November 1978, formerly known as Shandong Paper Industry Research Institute, was renamed as Shandong Paper Industry Research and Design Institute after being approved by the Provincial Editorial Office and the Provincial Science and Technology Commission in 1992. Scientific research institute: It is the only provincial paper making professional research institute in Shandong Province, with domestically leading detection means, relatively complete technical data, and has won the provincial and ministerial scientific and technological achievements progress award for many times. He has accumulated rich experience in pulp and paper making, chemical additives and processing paper.

Design institute: engaged in engineering design according to the Grade A design qualification of pulp and paper industry approved by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development; Engaged in engineering consulting work according to the Class B consulting qualification of light industry approved by the National Development and Reform Commission; Engaged in pressure pipeline design according to C1 and C2 pressure pipeline design qualifications approved by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China.

Testing center: The paper quality supervision and inspection work is carried out according to the Shandong Paper Quality Supervision and Inspection Station authorized by the Shandong Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision.
