Established in February 2021, Shandong Talent Development Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shandong Talent Group) is a first-level state-owned enterprise approved by People’s Government of Shandong Province, with the Organization Department of the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee instructing our business development. It belongs to the second category of functional business state-owned enterprise.
